Oats Overnight Brownie Batter BOKOMO Oats

  • Time: 30 minutes prep time, 8 hours setting time

  • Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup BOKOMO Oats (raw)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp syrup
  • 3 drops vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp linseeds
  • 1/2 fresh fruit

Method

  1. Cook BOKOMO Oats and place in a glass jar.
  2. Add all ingredients to jar.
  3. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Leave in fridge overnight (8 hours).
  5. Top with some linseeds and fresh fruit.
  6. Enjoy cold or warm (microwave for a few minutes).
