OAT peach & yoghurt smoothie

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bokomo Traditional Oats
  • 1ripe banana
  • 125 ml tinned peaches
  • 60ml cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • 250ml water
  • 60ml double cream yoghurt

Method

  • 1. Soak oats in half the water for 5 min.
  • 2. Combine all other ingredients together in a blender and blend until a thick, smooth purée is formed.
