Ingredients

250 ml Bokomo Traditional Oats

30ml dried cranberries

30ml toasted coconut shavings

5ml chia or flax seed

80-100ml milk

5ml honey

15ml butter

Assorted fruit (optional)

Method

1. Cook Bokomo Oats as per instructions on pack and add milk and butter to taste.

2. In a small dry pan, toast coconut shavings on a medium heat.

3. Serve in a bowl with cranberries, coconut shavings, chia or flax seed and honey. (Optional)

4. Add other fruit such as banana or berries to add colour and pack a flavour punch.
