WEET-BIX Protein Ham and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

2 WEET-BIX biscuits, crushed
2 large eggs, beaten
¼ cup double cream yoghurt
2 teaspoons spices, to taste
¼ cup Ham/cooked bacon/viennas, cubed
6 cheese slices

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line (or grease) 6 muffin pans.
3. Mix WEET-BIX, eggs, yoghurt, spices and ham/bacon/viennas together.
4. Spoon mixture into muffin pans.
5. Top each with a cheese slice.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
