Nature’s Source Berry Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 3 cups Natures Source
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups double cream yoghurt
- Coconut flakes
- Strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds
Method
- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups muesli, coconut, peanut butter and honey.
- Once mixed, spread the mixture onto a pizza tray, lined with a sheet of baking paper. Refrigerate until hardened.
- Once set, place the pizza base onto a serving plate or board and top with a double layer of double cream yoghurt.
- Arrange the fresh berries and pomegranate seeds on top.
- Sprinkle with flaked coconut to resemble cheese and a drizzle of honey.
