BOKOMO Oats Chocolate Oat Balls

Ingredients
- 1/12 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp Moir’s vanilla essence
- 1 cup BOKOMO oats (raw)
- 2/3 cup Moir’s toasted dessicated coconut
- ½ cup ground almonds
- 6 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Method
- Stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence together.
- Add remaining ingredients until perfectly coated.
- Pop mixture into fridge until set.
- Remove and shape into irresistible balls and enjoy!
