ProNutro On-The-Go Muffins

  • 250g ProNutro Whole Wheat Original flavour cereal
  • 240g cake flour
  • 10ml baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50ml sunflower oil
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 150ml milk
  • 125ml water


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC and grease 1 large muffin trays.
  2. Measure all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together using a wooden spoon. Do not over-mix.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared trays and bake for 25 minutes.
